A verification call is when a member of our documentation team calls an approved applicant to verify that you actually applied for a loan or received the equipment you purchased. As you might be aware, there is always the possibility of an unauthorized individual trying to wrongfully access personal information, or take advantage of our quick, easy lending process for the wrong reasons. As a preventative step against this type of fraud, in some cases, you might be contacted to review the terms of your agreement, or to confirm the receipt of your equipment. A verification call must be received and completed on your business landline.
